Estate Track is Now Integrated with Alto

We’re excited to announce that Estate Track is now fully integrated with Alto, the UK’s leading CRM for estate and letting agents. If you’re running Alto and want a website and marketing platform that connects directly to your CRM, you can now get both working together, seamlessly, automatically, and live in under five minutes.
This is something we’ve been working hard to deliver, and we’re proud to have it live. The integration is available now through the Alto Marketplace, and it changes the way agents using both platforms can manage their leads, run their marketing and track their results.

What Does the Integration Actually Do?
At its core, the integration creates a live, two-way connection between your Estate Track website and your Alto CRM. That means two things:
First, every lead your website generates, whether that’s a valuation request, viewing enquiry or mortgage enquiry, is delivered instantly and automatically into your Alto dashboard. No copying and pasting, no manual input, no risk of anything slipping through the cracks. Your team can follow up immediately, with all the information they need right there in Alto.
Second, the data flowing the other way is just as powerful. Rich client information held in Alto, things like client type, property position and budget, syncs back to Estate Track and powers your marketing automation.
What Can You Do With Alto and Estate Track Connected?
Once the integration is live, you’ll be able to:
- Capture valuations, viewings and enquiries from your website directly into Alto
- Automatically segment and nurture leads based on Alto data
- Send automated monthly newsletters to your entire Alto database
The result is a workflow that runs largely on autopilot, capturing leads from your website, routing them into your CRM and then keeping those prospects warm with relevant, timely marketing, all without your team having to manage it manually.
How Do You Get Set Up?
Getting started is straightforward. If you’re already on both Estate Track and Alto, the integration is available now via the Alto Marketplace. Simply request it from the Marketplace, enter your key in Estate Track, and you’re live. The whole process takes under five minutes and requires no technical knowledge or complex configuration.
