- The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Estate Track, a digital agency specialising in a website and marketing platform for UK estate agents Company Registration Number: 07651138 Registered Address: 24a Aldermans Hill, London, N13 4PN.
- The Prize
The prize is free Branded Emails software, developed by Estate Track. This includes:
- Email branding software including up to 25 staff
- One template design
- 12 months free of charge
- Standard monthly charges apply thereafter should the winner wish to continue.
- Please note that Branded Emails is only compatible with Office 365
Exclusions: The prize does NOT include ongoing template or banner design creation. Any additional features or ongoing services beyond the first 12 months will be subject to Estate Track’s standard pricing. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Eligibility
3.1. This competition is open only to individuals who are over 18 years of age at the time of entry and are authorised representatives of an active, registered estate agency operating in the United Kingdom.
3.2. Existing clients of Estate Track, Branded Emails or any employees of Estate Track, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3.3. Only one entry per estate agency is permitted. Multiple entries from the same agency will result in disqualification.
3.4. By entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Estate Track may require you to provide proof of your eligibility.
- Competition Period
The competition will run at Kerfuffle Con 25 event on July10th 2025 event and closes at the End of Conference. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
- How to Enter
5.1. To enter, participants must
- a) Complete the official entry form provided at the stand and provide your name, contact details (email and phone number), and the name of your estate agency.
- b) Take a photograph with our digital CEO, “Stan” and post it either on LinkedIn or Instagram with the hashtags: #estatetrack #kerfufflecon25
5.2. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection
6.1. A winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received, under the supervision of an independent person, on 1st August 2025. The decision of Estate Track and the independent supervisor is final.
- Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 working days of the winner selection date.
7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 calendar days of notification, Estate Track reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- Publicity and Data Protection
8.1. By entering, you agree that if you win, Estate Track may use your estate agency’s name and location, and a photo of the winner, for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, press releases). You will be given the opportunity to consent to this publicity.
8.2. Any personal data submitted by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with Estate Track’s Privacy Policy https://estatetrack.co.uk/privacy-policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- General
9.1. Estate Track reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Estate Track’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Estate Track.
9.2. Estate Track’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3. This competition is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.4. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
