A new search tool allowing users to find properties and filter property searches using natural langauage either by typing or talking into a device. The AI can pick up details such as areas, property types including abbreviations, price brackets, must-have elements such as garages and pull them out of natural, coversational language. Version 1 of the tool is available now and will be continuously developed to interact further over the coming months.

User entered blogs now includes an area to add meta information or on save generate meta automatically via AI.

Email notifications can now be sent to you or your team alert you to new reviews as they come into the dashboard, giving you the opportunity to read and reply to them, helping things like local search and client retention.

Branded Emails Email Banners now include click tracking metrics that can be turned on and used to measure interactions and engagement across all emails sent via Outlook 365.

The servers powering the front ends of the site have been changed and upgraded to double the specification, with a new software layer running core site applications, adding noticeable speed improvements to search, filtering and page loads. The servers are also able to serve rich media in larger formats and at quicker speeds lowering resource, increasing first paint and overall performance.

Our notification centre will now allow branches to allocate valuations using logic that passes the first digit from the Inward Code, allowing an even more granular division of territories between branches and individual agencies.

The media manager now includes an image cropping tool, allowing you to crop images to correct size as you add them to blog posts or team member profiles, making these simple jobs even quicker and removing the need for additional image software or designers.

Our blog writing tool, appriasal tool and team bio tool now features a brand new editor, making it easier to compose articles and notes, copy and paste from third parties such as Word and emails and format text on the go.

Users can now edit bios for team members either on page or automatically create a team member page using the team page information. This includes linking to custom pages with auto-assigned urls and buttons.

A UPRN check has been added to all property leads sent via all portal api connections, including Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market. This is to cross reference each property against an address database to avoid duplicates, false addresses or old properties enhancing the quality of the leads in.
